Kids Riding Motorcycles

Riding along Paremiter Road next to Clark Air Base, Philippines. This is a normal sight in the Philippines to see small children riding motorcycles, even entire families. The law requires that all children wear helmets and their feet must touch the footpegs. However, other than big cities like Manila, it is rarely, if ever, enforced. Comment below for discusion.
